Davide Ambrogi organizes in technical collaboration with Davide Zangaaward-winning barman with long international experience and numerous awards in the mixology sector.

The GEM Island Festival is a transversal opportunity aimed both at those who live on the island 365 days a year and at those who discover it for the first time to enter a vortex of food and wine and mixology events which revolves around the presentation of the best cocktails in the most fascinating locations on the Island of Elba among music, art, excellent brands, local craftsmanship and typical local products. The purpose of the summer event is to further develop the tourism sector of the Tuscan island through a project that looks at the valorisation of its important food and wine heritage, the innovation of the cultural offer, the strengthening of the territory and all its resources: natural, artistic, food and human.
