“I’m happy, this day is beautiful for me- Aleix told us – We’ve been together with Aprilia for eight years, I’ve been here since the start of the Aprilia All Stars, every year it gets bigger, we do more things and it’s wonderful because you see all the Aprilia men, the engineers, the historic riders. A really, really cool day for me. I’m having fun, it will definitely be my last as an Aprilia rider.”

“I love both Jorge and Aprilia, I love them both. For me it’s a dream that my Aprilia with the 41 and with all my guys in the garage will be driven by him next year, it’s something that I makes him very happy, both for him and for the team. He was very sad about everything that happened with Ducati, but I’m sure he’ll find what he needs in Aprilia. he will undoubtedly be an idol, which he deserves. I saw him really happy and excited!”.

“Great! I’ll try without a doubt, important tracks will arrive for us at Aprilia. Assen will be good for us, then Silverstone will also arrive which is ok. Our bike is going well, but in the last few races we haven’t been able to stay at the level we want. we would have waited. A lot has happened, but the truth is that there is more than half the championship left. I’m very focused, I’d like to greet Aprilia with a good victory.”
You’re back on two-strokes again this year, it seems like it’s your favorite moment in the Aprilia All Stars!
“Time flies, but in reality it doesn’t seem like that much time has passed since I also rode those bikes there. Today almost all the riders in MotoGP who race against me have never tried two-strokes, for me it is still something really special. Every year at the Aprilia All Stars for me one of the best things is actually being able to ride the two-stroke bikes, also because every year that passes it becomes more and more difficult but it remains beautiful.”
