The inefficiency and unreliability of the municipal tax manager is becoming a serious problem for many citizens.
Despite our numerous requests to overcome the annoyance caused now on a monthly basis, undue files continue to arrive with errors in communications and a general lack of transparency and professionalism.
These inefficiencies are causing serious consequences for taxpayers: errors in calculations lead to undue payments or excessive or insufficient payments. This also creates difficulties for operators in offering adequate assistance and further aggravates the situation, making it difficult to resolve problems in a timely manner
For citizens and companies, having to deal with an unreliable manager is a further burden that adds to daily difficulties. It is therefore imperative that the Municipal Administration addresses this situation and works to provide a service that lives up to the expectations and needs of taxpayers.
The inefficiency of the company that manages municipal taxes is not just a bureaucratic nuisance, but a real problem that negatively impacts the lives of citizens.
It is clear that, if we are at this point many months after we began to ask this question, the Arienzo Council has not even begun to initiate a process to resolve the problem.
Therefore, we ask that all useful actions be taken that also lead to the revocation of the contract.
