Aversa – He was intercepted shortly after 3pm yesterday in via Fiume in Aversa, while on board his car, due to his suspicious behavior, he attracted the attention of the police of the Operations Section of the local Company. The soldiers of the Carabinieri, in transit during a territorial control service, came across the 45-year-old, already known to the police, who was driving a gray Fiat Panda and was carrying out sudden and dangerous manoeuvres. After inviting him to stop for a police check, his intolerance towards the military led them to proceed with a personal and vehicle search. During the operations, inside the car, the carabinieri found, hidden under the roof of the passenger compartment, a container normally used to store anti-inflammatory drugs, found to contain four doses of cocaine. The subsequent house search made it possible to find, placed in a wardrobe in the bedroom, a cardboard envelope containing 2070.00 euros in banknotes of various denominations, six cellophane envelopes with 25 wrappers per envelope inside for a total of 150 doses of cocaine and a further 2 cellophane bags containing a further approximately 50 grams of cocaine not divided into doses, as well as various material for packaging the narcotic. The cocaine found was seized and the 45-year-old, after the formalities, was arrested and taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison. He will have to answer for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs.
