TORTORETO. Federico Palmaroli, better known as Osho, one of the most viral satirical phenomena on social media, will be the guest of honor today in Tortoreto as part of the final event of the 19th Tortoreto Award for Culture, organized by the Municipality and the Insieme association and created by Angela Falcucci. Appointment this evening at 6pm at the La Villa residence.
The evening will begin with the conference show by Palmaroli, entitled Osho’s most beautiful phrases, from the name of his very popular social profile (more than 1 million followers on Facebook, over 600 thousand on X, the ex-Twitter and 45 thousand on Instagram). On this occasion, the Roman satirist will also present his latest book. At 9pm the awards ceremony will follow, which this year saw over two hundred and fifty participants in the three sections, Narrative, Figurative and Short Film.
The evening, hosted by the journalist Luca Zarroli and accompanied by the music of the Wanderlust Duo, also includes the exhibition of the pictorial works, the reading of the narrative texts and the screening of the short films in competition. Prizes will be awarded to the winners and those mentioned in the Adult, Very Young and Chick categories, identified by the jury chaired by Maria Sara Villani. (afu)
