Less than a year ago, in July 2023, Chiara Ferragni and Fedez spent their first weekend at Villa Matilda, the luxurious home on Lake Como purchased in January of the same year. The name is a tribute to Chiara’s dog who unfortunately died just last July 29th.
Who really owns Villa Matilda? The weekly Oggi revealed it: the digital entrepreneur would be the owner of the luxury good in Milan, while the rapper would own the one in the Como area which would be worth 5 million euros.
