PAVIA. Third appointment with “The Cloister of emotions”, the theatrical and musical festival in the small cloister of the basilica of San Lanfranco in Pavia scheduled for the entire month of June. Tonight, Saturday 8 June, at 9pm, “Stories of ordinary provinces” is scheduled, with the actor Francesco Mastrandrea and the musician Vittorio Perotti.

«A thousand faces and a thousand characters, an anthology of madness worthy of the “Barnum” circus – we read in the presentation of the show – People and stories that only the fertile province can give us. Francesco Mastrandrea runs from amazement to amazement and stops at the faces that changed his life. Going through the events and situations that set him on fire like a forgotten sausage on his embers. Funny, nostalgic stories, true, false, half-true anecdotes, you don’t know. Stories of an “ordinary” province, but never predictable or banal.”

Francesco Mastrandrea is a theater researcher. After his debut with the book “La so io l’ultima!”, a collection of jokes, quips and jokes, he enriched his career with television and radio experiences in important broadcasts. Currently he alternates his work as a literature teacher with that of an actor even in places of social hardship, collaborating with private bodies and public institutions to create theater workshops on comedy. His ability to relate to the public allows him to carve out interventions that enhance his acting skills.

At his side he will create the right atmosphere with the musical interventions Vittorio Perotti, director of the Santa Cecilia di Belgioioso band and member of the historic group Fio dla Nebia as alto sax, clarinet and voice.

The proceeds from the charity evenings (entry is by donation) will be donated to support parish activities and the restoration work on the abbey complex of San Lanfranco. Reservations: 338-6359441 or 339-8509050.
