A must is bread, butter and self-produced fig jam or the Baldino (as they call castagnaccio here) with extra virgin olive oil, milk, cream, chestnut honey, rosemary, chestnut flour and toasted pine nuts from the Tyrrhenian Sea, an explosion of taste and of memories.
