in Bari the army of 2 thousand candidates

From today we vote, from today it applies. The spotlights go out, the voices of the gods, until yesterday bombastic, fade away candidatesto give space, with half a day available, to voters who will be able to express their opinion with a ballot and pencil vote. An electoral campaign that saw a Bari the open and final clash between the three major protagonists, namely the two candidates of the split centre-left and that of the centre-right.

From the accusations hurled by the outgoing mayor at a center-right who lacks courage, to the resentful response with a promise to take legal action, to end with the latest amazing proposals pulled out of the hat such as the municipal minimum income or the night mayor. But the noise of the previous days now gives way to the silence of reflection. From this afternoon and for the whole day tomorrow all Apulian people will be able to go to the polling stations to express their vote and preference for the European elections. But people also vote in municipal elections, in total 62 municipalities in Puglia.

The other eight municipalities to vote

In the province of Bari, voting takes place not only in the regional capital, but also in 8 other municipalities: Gioia del Colle, Putignano, Rutigliano, Santeramo in Colle, municipalities with over 15 thousand inhabitants and then Turi, Binetto, Bitritto and Cellamare, below the threshold of 15 thousand as well as Trinitapoli in the Bat. Furthermore, in Bari there is also a vote to renew the positions of councilors and presidents of the 5 municipalities.
