Municipal and European elections: in Pescara there are 103,586 citizens entitled to vote and called to the polls today, Saturday 8th and tomorrow, Sunday 9th June. Extraordinary openings of the URP for electoral cards
The Municipality has planned extraordinary openings of the URP (public relations office) to collect electoral cards. There are two operational municipal offices with extraordinary openings for the electoral cards necessary to exercise the right to vote, together with an identity document: today and tomorrow the hours of activity of the URP offices in Piazza Duca d’Aosta have been increased and in the Colli detachment in via di Sotto, 2. The head office will be open on Saturday 8th from 8.30am to 11pm and on Sunday from 7am to 11pm. The Colli office will be active today from 8.30am to 11pm and tomorrow from 7am to 11pm .
In case of loss of the electoral card or if it runs out, you can go to these two municipal offices. At the moment there are no queues also because there are 17 workstations in the central office. “The situation is calm – says Isabella Cecamore – head of the Electoral Office. There are no particular problems and citizens can request any type of information to vote with complete peace of mind.”
