LBA OFFICIAL – Trento, Andrea Pecchia signed: contract until 2026

Dolomiti Energia Trentino announces that it has reached an annual agreement with an option until 2026 with the Lombard guard/forward Andrea Pecchia. Andrea is a player with a great sense of rebounding, a good passer and a player with great basketball intelligence. Born in Segrate, in the province of Milan on 16 November 1997, 197 centimeters and 90 kilograms, Pecchia, after having played for the youth team with Olimpia Milano, began his professional career playing for Treviglio in A2 in 2016 (3.9 points average in 30 games).

In Blu Basket he played for three consecutive positive seasons and then signed his first contract in Serie A with Cantù. After two seasons in Brianza spent averaging 7.0 points, Andrea joins coach Paolo Galbiati’s Vanoli Cremona and with him in 2021-22 he plays an excellent season with 11.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.

After missing the start of the following season due to a knee injury, he managed to bring Vanoli Cremona back to the Italian top division. In the 2023-24 season he contributed with his 7.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.4 assists on average and contributed to the Lombardy team’s salvation.
