From next June 12th, the “I Wednesday di via Passeri” initiative returns for the entire duration of the summer season, a schedule of events, extraordinary openings and musical entertainment starting from aperitif time, with a pedestrian area. The presentation, coordinated by Eliana Mennillo of the Rossini Bistrot, was attended by the vice mayor, Daniele Vimini; the coordinator of the libraries, Marco Bellati; the director of the Olivieri Institution, Brunella Paolini; Matteo Masetti for the National Rossini Museum; Mirko Romani of Connubio di Vino; Luca Storoni, president of the Centro district and the restaurateur Riccardo Del Bene.

“The shops will remain open – began Eliana Mennillo – the restaurants will take advantage of the pedestrian space to arrange outdoor tables to enjoy concerts and live performances. The National Rossini Museum will organize guided tours in the evening by reservation as well as themed workshops. The San Giovanni Library will give life to an intense calendar of reading workshops and presentations both in the neighboring garden and inside the courtyard of Palazzo Antaldi in collaboration with the Cassa di Risparmio di Pesaro Foundation. The Oliveriano Archaeological Museum will enrich the program schedule event with the evening opening from 9pm to 11pm from 15 June to 15 September. In what is the Capital of Culture 2024 and the city of music par excellence, there will be an alternation of live music bands, between classical and various declinations of the jazz genre. The first evening of June 12th the event will open with the PJC Trio Jazz, Jean and Ivan Gambini respectively on saxophone and drums with Maya Ivanova on piano”.

A special evening will be dedicated on Saturday 20 July to natural wine in collaboration with the “Connubio di Vino” association, traveling tastings with producers and wineries from all over Italy. The young social promotion association – Natural shopping center via Passeri – brings together the traders, restaurateurs and artisans of via Passeri. The objective is to help citizens rediscover and introduce tourists to the new life and the many excellences of one of the main and historic arteries connecting Porta Rimini and the historic centre, in a stretch full of important places, a symbol of Pesaro culture, from the San Giovanni Library, to the San Giovanni church, the National Rossini Museum, the Oliveriano Archaeological Museum and the Theatre. A journey full of culture thanks to the many artisans, designers, traders, shops, restaurants, wine bars and drink bars who are making Via Passeri the new food district of Pesaro. Supporting the event as main sponsors: Balzano Consulting Group; technical sponsors: Massarini mushrooms and truffles, Skalo Horeca, Foschi Caffè, Pieri Group Igiene&Comfort, Orzelli, Axa Assicurazioni.
