PERUGIA – Six regional youth titles are the final balance of Sir Safety Perugia which celebrated victories in under 19, under 17, under 15, under 13, under 13 three against three and under 12. The Juventus movement has around 400 male members and feminine and continues to grow. The season is now coming to an end, it’s time to take a final look with the technical director of the youth sector Andrea Piacentini: “It was a rich season. The last national final played with the under 15s who finished in 11th absolute place gave us confidence to continue working. We have grown a lot with the little ones, in Santa Maria degli Angeli there has been a boom in minivolleyball players. The older kids have been able to gain valuable experience thanks to coach Lorenzetti who during the season. This had a very positive impact, in fact they grew a lot. Our project was to return to Serie B. To achieve this we set up three teams in Serie C, two of them made the final and next year we will participate again to the national category, a tough championship that we will try to face with a team capable of aiming for the higher areas. We are working to set up the best squad possible, a group made up of our best young players and some interesting additions from the national scene. At the same time, we are still developing the youth technical sector to try to take another step forward next season.”
