“The implementation of the PNRR between the needs of simplification and protection of legality” is the conference scheduled for Tuesday 11 June at 9.30 in the Aula Magna of the central headquarters of the University of Parma.
The initiative is organized by the University and the Financial Police.
The meeting will open with greetings from the Rector Paolo Martelliof the Prefect of Parma Antonio Lucio GarufiOf Italo CasoPresident of the Regional Administrative Court for Emilia Romagna – Parma, and of Fernando Capezzuto, Provincial Commander of the Financial Police of Parma. Interventions by the Section President of the Council of State are therefore expected Oberdan Forlenza (The crux of subcontracting: possibilities, limits, controls), of the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Parma Alfonso D’Avino (The role of the ordinary judicial authority), Of Giuseppe MicelliCommander of the Economic-Financial Police Unit of the Parma Financial Police (The role of the Financial Police in the prevention and repression of fraud in the field of PNRR) and of Elisa Francesca MorettiEuropean Public Prosecutor’s Office – European Delegated Prosecutor (PED) – Bologna (The role of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office).
Oberdan Forlenza moderates and concludes.
