It would be about dark sewage, a major spill in the clear water pipes which brought the substances directly into the sea, creating a major environmental damage, especially now that it is the beginning of the summer season. In detail: the illegal spillage of white water into the sewer apparently occurred in via Regina Elena and caused sewage to flow into the Maranello stream and reach the sea.

All the procedures to identify the person responsible have also started, and it would seem that the designated bodies are already a step forward with the information acquired and that they will allow the regulations in force to be applied regarding the sanctions provided for by law.

Everyone has already been notified bathing facilities affected by the bathroom ban ordinance: G7, Hosvi, Bagni Galliano, Dune, Galileo, Federico, Rocchi Maria, Sirenetta, Son Amar, San Marco, Golden Beach and Re Solepractically from concession 22 to 32.

Appropriate signage will be posted on the beach.

The ordinance comes into force immediately and the stretch of coast will be reopened for bathing with a further union provision and only after the outcome of the counter-analyses carried out by Arpam and which will be compared with the samples taken this morning.
