250 grams of hashish in the scooter: 22 year old under house arrest

A few days ago, a patrol of motorcyclists from the mobile radio section of the Parma company during a patrol along the Parma road noticed a young man riding a scooter who, at the sight of the service motorbikes, tried to change direction, with the clear intention of avoiding control. Once stopped, the soldiers immediately noticed, hooked to the document compartment under the steering wheel of the scooter, a plastic bag which, although not transparent, revealed something rectangular and square inside. The police carried out the check: inside there were two whole loaves weighing 100 grams each and one broken in half, weighing 50 grams. At this point the 22-year-old, with the help of another patrol, was taken to the barracks and, without prejudice to the principle of innocence until a final sentence, was declared under arrest because he was held responsible for possession of narcotics for the purposes of dealing. At the order of the public prosecutor on duty, the 22-year-old was taken to his home under house arrest pending the holding of the hearing to validate the arrest. The judge, after validating the arrest, issued the young man with non-custodial precautionary measure of the obligation to sign, pending the celebration of the trial.
