Tresigallo will be the leader in the path that will lead Italian Rationalist Architecture to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stated mayoral candidate Mirko Perelli, with the “Tresignana Cambia” list during a meeting at the 900′ theater together with local technicians and historians. A result obtained thanks to the sending of a rich technical report by the architect Davide Brugnatti, preparatory to the continuation of the study in commission. In the public meeting on Tresigallo and tourism Perelli announced the news received from the Honorable Alessandro Amorese “that the process for very important measures is underway at the Ministry of Culture which, on the one hand, will provide for the protection, recovery and valorisation of the historic center of Tresigallo and, more importantly, the recognition as the historical, architectural and cultural leader of the path that will lead Italian Rationalist Architecture to be part of the UNESCO Heritage. A recognition that would bring Tresigallo “The Metaphysical City” many benefits in terms of visibility and tourist promotion – he concluded – which would receive a boost on a global level, today there are only 58 Italian sites included in the UNESCO heritage, and in relation to access to important dedicated financing lines”.
