Faenza, from 12 June to 21 August flavours, concerts and magic under the moonlight return with Oriolo di Sera

To light up the Faenza summer with taste and fun, the “Oriolo di sera” event returns punctually as every year, which every Wednesday starting from 12 June will host a selection of the best wines and flavors of the area at the Oriolo Tower. Live music, food and wine excellences, special events and the magic of the most awaited season of the year will enliven one of the most evocative corners of Romagna, a destination for tens of thousands of people who have made the panoramic park at the foot of the ancient medieval fortress one of the their places of choice.

The program of the twenty-first edition is very rich and will offer concerts, dinners under the stars and other events suitable for all ages until August 21st. Every Wednesday, from 8pm to midnight, you can dine with typical local dishes and wines by sitting at the tables positioned at the foot of the Tower or by choosing the picnic mode on your own blankets inside the park. During the evening the best regional bands will perform and it will also be possible to visit the medieval castle by moonlight, where art exhibitions will be set up.

The 104 Band will inaugurate the event on Wednesday 12 June, while The Strikeballs will arrive on 19 June. Closing the month’s programming on Wednesday 26 June will be the band After the gold rush trio.

On Monday 5 August the Oriolo Tower will be a stop at the CinemadiVino event with the screening of a film on a large outdoor screen to be enjoyed in the moonlight.

Finally, as per tradition, the evenings of 9 and 10 August will be dedicated to the oenology of the area with the exhibition “Calici sotto la torre”: the Famoso and the Centesimino, the Albana and the Sangiovese in all versions will be tasted , from the traditional ones to the trendiest ones, to be savored with your nose turned upwards in search of a shooting star.
