The announcement by the Culture Service for projects and proposals to be included in the program of the “Foggia Summer 2024”, the summer program of shows and events coordinated and promoted by the municipal administration. “The objective is to offer cultural programming of a high quality level, distributed throughout the city, in the period between the months of June and September 2024, capable of attracting a heterogeneous audience” is clarified in the notice, and to support “activities of various typologies, with particular reference to the creation of performing arts projects in the suburbs. The selection aims to guarantee a balance between different types of cultural offer in the territory of the Municipality of Foggia, also with a view to inclusion aimed at enhancing places outside the historic city centre.”
“Since our establishment, we have chosen to follow a direction characterized by transparency and participation, to become the reference for those who operate with professionalism and passion, respecting the requirements set by the regulations of a sector of fundamental importance for us for the growth of our community, without penalties or discrimination of any kind” underlines the Councilor for Culture Alice Amatore. “For this reason I hope that the public notice involves the best talents and the best resources of our community, and allows us to set up a billboard that lives up to our ambitions and our dream of bringing culture, aggregation, opportunities for socialization and light-heartedness everywhere , not only in the classic places designated for this purpose”, he continues. “It’s a demanding challenge but a necessary one for us, we will face it with enthusiasm and awareness” is her conclusion.
