Bergamotto in Corigliano Rossano: support for businesses and valorization of the territory

The Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, Fausta Bergamotto, visited the city of Corigliano Rossano, accompanied by Senator Ernesto Rapani, meeting various entrepreneurial and institutional realities.

During his visit, Bergamotto was able to appreciate the excellence of the area, including the Ecoross company, also specialized in the production of biomethane, the historic Amarelli liquorice factory and the Montagna group, active in the slaughtering and meat processing sector . He also visited the Agricultural Institute and the Hotel Institute, underlining the importance of training for the development of the territory.

During a meeting with journalists, the undersecretary reiterated the Government’s commitment to the South, underlining the importance of simplifying bureaucratic procedures and encouraging investments. You mentioned the establishment of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Southern Italy, which offers tax advantages and incentives for businesses.

Bergamotto expressed particular attention to the coastal project of Corigliano Rossano, the longest seafront in the world, recognizing its tourism potential and supporting the creation of a valorization project involving various ministries.
