IUSS Pavia: competition for administrative collaborators

The Higher University School – IUSS of Pavia has announced a competition for administrative collaborators.

The public selection is open to graduates and provides for hiring through an employment contract a indefinite period.

To submit your application for admission you have until June 28, 2024.

WHAT DOES THE ADMINISTRATIVE COLLABORATOR DO?

The required professional figure will be responsible for:

  • to support administrative processes of the reference structure, dealing with the preparation of the investigation, the documents and procedures carried out in light of the correct application of the laws and regulations in force;
  • to apply the regulations relating to public employmenttransparency and anti-corruption and data protection;
  • to operate on computerized procedures for the purpose of the technical-operational application of the support systems in use at the School;
  • to collect, organize and process data and information;
  • administrative and technical support athe negotiation and conclusion of contracts and agreements;
  • of document management through the Titulus IT document management system
    (Protocol).

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

Candidates in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the competition for five administrative collaborators announced by IUSS Pavia, namely:

  • citizenship Italian or from one of the countries of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
  • age no less than 18 years;
  • full and unconditional suitability carrying out tasks;
  • enjoyment of civil and political rights;
  • not have been dismissed or discharged from employment in a public administration due to persistent insufficient performance or dismissed for the same reasons or for disciplinary reasons or declared terminated for having obtained the appointment or hiring through the production of false documents or documents tainted by irremediable nullity;
  • have not had any criminal convictions with a final sentence for crimes that constitute an impediment to employment in a public administration;
  • regular position with respect to military obligations.

Candidates for the competition are also required to possess the secondary school diploma which allows enrollment at the University.

Finally, it is specified that the competition is reserved for 1 place in favor of FF.AA volunteers. and of n. 1 place in favor of volunteer operators who have completed universal civil service without demerit. HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

The selection of candidates will take place by passing two exams, one written and one oral.

The tests are aimed at verifying the knowledge, skills and aptitudes of the candidates relevant to carrying out the activities relating to the position put up for competition, and will focus on one or more of the knowledge required for the profile.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

IUSS PAVIA SUPERIOR UNIVERSITY SCHOOL

The IUSS Higher University School of Pavia is an institution founded in 1997 with a Program Agreement with the MIUR within a system that regulates the co-presence of the University of Pavia and the university colleges. Among these there are the Almo Collegio Borromeo, the Ghislieri College, the New College, the Santa Caterina College, the EDiSU Colleges.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for admission to the competition for administrative collaborators at IUSS Pavia must be submitted via telematic procedureavailable on this page, by 3.00 pm on 28 June 2024.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The exams will take place according to the following timetable:

  • Written test July 12, 2024 with a scheduled start at 2.00 pm;
  • Oral exam July 18, 2024 starting at 10.30am.

All subsequent communications relating to the selection will be communicated exclusively through publication on the IUSS Pavia website in the ‘Competitions, Calls and Selections’ section.
