Larino. The ‘D’Ovidio’ students are protagonists in the third edition of the national ‘Typewriters’ competition.

LARINO. Having said of the prizes obtained by the Frentani high school students at the nineteenth edition of the national competition ‘The Colors of Life’ of San Giuliano di Puglia, in the same hours, other students of the historic Larinese high school were engaged in the award ceremony of the third edition of the National Competition “TYPEWRITING MACHINES”, at the ITST MARCONI IN Campobasso.

The competition, which combines communication and digital creativity and which this year was dedicated to the theme GENERATION Z ON-LIFEsaw place in second place, in the storytelling categorythe story “A key to salvation”, by the students of class 1A L. Giagnorio, N. Marchitto, V. Cirella, MA Di Palma, F. Ziccardi, awarded for “the sense of alienation provoked in the reader… the setting during Nazi Germany and the human solidarity which actualize both the urgency of a social chain, as well as the reflection on the end of the long decades of peace in Europe with reference to the recent conflicts that tear the continent”.

The jury of experts then awarded special mention to the story “The custodians of the crystal”, by the students of class 1A F. Giulietti, AA Di Pasquale, A. Di Maria, M. Antonacci, K. Dashi, awarded “for the originality of the treatment of the generational theme, drawing on the canon of science fiction, an inexhaustible reservoir of suggestions and landscapes to narrate deeply current concerns and problems”.
