Cartia” of the Ragusa Chamber of Commerce, il final conference of the project In.Mi.Qu.Oil.the innovative system aimed at improving the quality of the olive supply chain created within the Psr Sicily 2014-2020 (Submeasure 16.2 “Support for pilot projects and the development of new products, practices, processes and technologies”). The objective was to develop a standardized scientific methodology for carrying out all activities aimed at improving product quality, both in the field and in the oil mill, thus making a significant contribution to the critical issues of the olive supply chain. The scientific support of Crea, Sata, the associated firm Agriengineering and the companies involved through a partnership, namely Frantoi Cutrera (project leader), Az. Agricola Cinque Colli, Società agricultural Giovanni Cutrera, Tenuta Iemolo, Azienda Busulmona, Az. Agricola La Via Giovanni, Tenuta Cavasecca and APO Catania.

During the morning the Crea researchers, the Innovation broker Dr. Giuseppe Cicero and the representatives of Sata srl ​​will illustrate the results of the research activity carried out by the scientific partners in the two years of the project in the presence of the partner companies. These are significant results that will be shared with those who operate in various capacities in the olive supply chain.
