The accident occurred around 4pm in Viale Caduti del Lavoro. The little girl had been transported under code red to the Civile pediatric hospital. When she was rescued by the 118 operators she was in cardiac arrest.
The little girl died shortly after arriving at the pediatric emergency room of the civil hospitals of Brescia where she had arrived in desperate conditions.
What happened
The person who hit her was the grandmother of a first grade child who attends the school. The girl who was hit was enrolled in nursery school. According to the very first information, she was hit by a car in reverse. Her 80-year-old grandmother who was with her was also hit.
For her, trauma to her arms and legs and hospitalization under yellow code. The little girl, hospitalized with resuscitation procedures, had been transferred under code red to the Civili pediatric hospital in Brescia. Local police officers also intervened on site to carry out investigations.
