The Province of Taranto speaks of “a real revolution” regarding the “traffic around theTaranto – Grottaglie “M.” airport Arlotta” and to “Leonardo” factory. The works on the “80” (in a 3.7 kilometer long stretch), which connects Monteiasi in Montemesolawere financed with the Cohesion Development Fund for a total of 12 million euros necessary for the construction of three roundabouts, the expansion of the road axis and the modernization of the road, and have been completed in recent days. The story is different for the “83”: the works are in the final phase and have been partly financed by Presidency of the Council of Ministers on the occasion of the G7 Summit which will be held from 13 to 15 June in Borgo Egnazia.
