Welcome moment this morning in the Provincial headquarters building in Trento, for 25 new provincial employees (16 women and 9 men) hired in recent weeks. The employees, classified at different levels and in various sectors, were welcomed in Sala Belli by the councilor for policies for housing, heritage, state property and promotion of knowledge of Autonomy, by the general director of the Province Raffaele De Col by the general manager of organization, personnel and general affairs department Luca Comper, by the general manager of the Provincial Agency for Water Resources and Energy – Aprie Laura Boschini, by the manager of the Personnel Service Maria D’Ippoliti, together with the director of the Historical Museum Foundation of Trentino Giuseppe Ferrandi.
An informative and training meeting, useful for offering new entrants an overview of the skills and organization of the Province and the Trentino institutional system, with particular attention to the issues of autonomy and territorial structure. A reflection on the important role of the employee of the entire public sector for the well-being of the community.
The hirings of this last period have allowed the recruitment of 12 permanent people, 2 fixed-term and 3 seconded by other administrations, for an average age of 43.7 years of the new hires, compared to an average age of PAT employees of 50.02 years at 31 December 2023.
The meeting was presented by Giampaolo Pedrotti, head of the press office of the Province and manager superordinate to three journalists who participated in today’s event at the conclusion of a stabilization process, which underlined the importance of communicating the values of the Administration, to service of citizens.
