FOLIGNO, 3 June 2024 – – “Conflict in the company: a problem or a resource?” is the title of the new event in the cycle of branded meetings “Edotto Club”.

The path dedicated to entrepreneurs and professionals who intend to delve into the emerging dynamics of the new way of doing business continues with the aim of better understanding how the time in which we live evolves and how, consequently, we can adapt.

In the eagerly awaited event scheduled for Thursday June 6 to Foligno still at the headquarters Educated (via Angelo Morettini, 8/F), the psychologist and employment consultant Valentina Nardi will delve deeper into the topic, explaining how to prevent and actively manage conflicts to ensure a healthy but also highly productive working environment.

In fact, in the work context, many hours are inevitably spent alongside colleagues with different backgrounds and perspectives. The constant sharing of spaces and tasks can easily give rise to conflicts, especially if there is not an adequately prepared human resources department.

With a solid education in psychology, employment consultancy and business economics, Valentina Nardi has dedicated herself to enhancing human resources in organizations for over ten years. Specialized in group management and conflict resolution, she constantly contributes to the professional growth of companies and public bodies such as INAIL Umbria, AMA Rome, CGIL Umbria, Ancl Nazionale.
