The program includes a rich offering of shows, concerts, dance performances, book presentations and conferences. Notable guests include Paolo Benvegnù, Amanda Sandrelli, Giobbe Covatta, Rocco Papaleo, and many others.
The events will culminate with the final performance of the “Le Stanze dell’Opera” masterclasses and the International Polyphonic Popular Competition, which will see the participation of choirs from Germany, France, the Philippines, Indonesia, Poland, Hong Kong, thus offering an experience unique and engaging for residents and tourists.

Beard live with Luca Barbareschi he will open the exhibition on Friday 28 June. This ironic and counter-current theatrical show, taken from two successful television seasons, is a journey into culture with an intelligent and curious approach. The music of Marco Zurzolo’s band will accompany Barbareschi in an uncensored and politically incorrect world.
Max Angioni will perform on Friday 19 July with his new comedy show “Even less”an ironic exploration of everyday life and great existential questions, while on Saturday 20 July the Premiata forneria Marconi will celebrate the lucky partnership with Fabrizio De André with the show “PFM sings De André Anniversary”. The training will see guests such as Flavio Premoli, Michele Ascolese and Luca Zabbini.
Paola Turci And Gino Castaldo they will be protagonists of “The Time of the Giants” Thursday 25 July, a musical show that celebrates the Italian music of the three-year period 1979-1981, inspired by Gino Castaldo’s book “The sky burned with stars”.

After the opening with Luca Barbareschi, on 5, 6 and 7 July it will be the turn of Boarding Festival, with three days of shows and workshops. Among the events, the show “Scoop (Donna sapiens)” by Giobbe Covatta on 5 July e “Entertainment” by Rocco Papaleo on July 7.
The will be held on July 8th Golden Eagle Award – City of Arezzo, an evening dedicated to the values of sport hosted by Sergio Sgrilli and special guest Igor Cassina. On July 14th Paolo Benvegnù will perform at dawn, followed by the show on July 17th “Titanic” by Stefano Massini and Corrado Formigli.
On July 18th the concert of Appino and July 21st “The carnival of insects” with Amanda Sandrelli and Paolo Giovannucci. On July 24th Silvia Mezzanotte will interpret Mina’s masterpieces.
Special events include acrobatic performance “Out of balance” on July 26th and the conference by criminologist Roberta Bruzzone on July 27th. The month of July will close with the concert of Venus on the 31st.
August will see Jonathan Canini’s comedy show on the 1st and the International Polyphonic Popular Competition on August 23rd, which reaches its seventy-second edition.

Organized by the Guido D’Arezzo Foundation, chaired by mayor Alessandro Ghinelli and directed by Lorenzo Cinatti, the event sees the collaboration of the Municipality of Arezzo, Officine della Cultura, Teatro Verdi Montecatini, La Filostoccola and Mengo Music Fest.
