Ravenna, 3 June 2024 – At the final stages the trial for the death of Danilo Molduccithe doctor from Campiano found lifeless in his home on May 28, 2021. This morning the prosecutor during his indictment asked for acquittal for the caregiver and conviction of her son, Stefano, resident of Terra del Solefor murder.
“I’ll start from the end – said prosecutor Angela Scorza – to say that I will ask for Susma’s acquittal as no unequivocal and incontrovertible elements for the insolvency role were acquired in the process. The requests for completely different Stefano Molducci held responsible for his father’s murder. Unequivocal and solid evidence has emerged: he thought about, planned and carried out his father’s murder using multiple misdirections. He has widely exploited the circumstance of the recipes to the detriment of the caregiver, carrying out the screening for the request for diagnostic feedback and the theft of drugs”.
“Susma must be acquitted for not having committed the crime. For Stefano Molducci: responsible for the multi-aggravated murder of his father, I have not found any reasonable alternative hypotheses. It is rare to find in murders like these a conduct carried out with determination but also great intelligence: the main suspect would have been Susma to the point of simulating solidarity with a check of 25 thousand euros for legal expenses. I therefore ask for a life sentence.” The defense lawyers will speak later and the verdict could be reached as early as today.
