Dear director,
with sentence no. 598/2024 the Piedmont Regional Administrative Court ruled by accepting the appeal of the company’s lawyers Flc Cgil of Vercelli Valsesia relating to a teacher who complained about the non-payment of the teacher’s card by the Ministry, despite the fact that this right had been recognized by the ruling of the Court of Vercelli.
The Piedmont Regional Administrative Court has therefore ordered the Ministry to accredit the teaching card within and no later than 60 days and has also appointed a commissioner ad acta who will intervene if there is no voluntary compliance on the part of the Administration. Given the positive outcome of the procedure, Flc Cgil Vercelli Valsesia will proceed through its lawyers to individually contact the teachers who have obtained a positive sentence by relying on our Organization to see the payment of the amount ordered by the Court recognized – in the shortest possible time of Vercelli. Therefore, the compliance of the non-compliant Ministry will be requested promptly to speed up the payment times of the amount due to all our registered members.
A great victory for the workers who entrusted themselves to our Organization for the recognition of a sacrosanct right of the school teaching staff.
