Double murder in London: mother and son killed

The victims – according to what UK public television reports – lived in the village of Ugley, in Essex, about an hour from London. Maria and her son Giuseppe were found dead last Tuesday in their home of Cambridge Road. The charges for the 63-year-old resident of London – who according to investigators had a relationship with the woman – are injuries and double murder. Ricotta is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court today.

Linda Cooling, Maria Nugara’s neighbor, said she was one quiet family who didn’t have many relationships with the neighborhood and who raised animals such as chickens and rabbits but also dogs. Another neighbor of the victims, who wished to remain anonymous, described the woman as “a nice and friendly lady”. But speaking of the double murder in London she also added: “It’s the first time we’ve seen something like this. That’s how it is shocking“.
