The victory of Oliver Comoli from Olbia.
The first day of Sardinian championships absolute individual events on the track, held yesterday in Quartucciu, were marked by adverse weather conditions, with strong gusts of wind which compromised the results of the speed and jump competitions. Despite the difficulties, the athletes gave their alloffering moments of great sport.
In the men’s sector, Oliver Comoli from Olbia won the Sardinian title in the 100 meter race with a time of 10″94, despite the headwind of -1.6 m/s. Comoli overtook the two Sassari players from Delogu Nuoro, Riccardo Unali And Daniele Pisanuwho finished with times of 11″09 and 11″15 respectively.
In the 4×100 meter relay, the Amsicora women’s team he achieved a convincing victory, stopping the clock at 50.22. Among the men, Atletica Olbia, led once again by Oliver Comolitriumphed with a time of 42″71, demonstrating the strength of the team.
The adverse weather conditions they did not stop the competitive spirit of the athletes, who nevertheless showed excellent performances. The hope is that in the next few days the wind will drop, allowing everyone to express it best their own abilities.
