AREZZO – A meeting between the world of school and the world of work at the Sintra headquarters. The Arezzo company specialized in digital business solutions hosted twenty students of the Graphic Technician course of the “Vasari-Margaritone” institute who were offered a morning of discussion with managers, computer scientists and programmers to explain how the skills acquired in the course school can, in the future, find application in the professional field. The experience was aimed at introducing the boys and girls into the daily life of Sintra which, with almost twenty-five years of activity and with seventy-five employees, is among the reference companies at an international level for the design and creation of e-commerce, corporate portals and omnichannel solutions.

The students were divided into two groups and were accompanied between the various units of the company where they experienced an opportunity for dialogue especially with the marketing division and the graphics division, the two departments most similar to their educational path. A particular in-depth study was dedicated to the importance of graphic creativity applied to digital projects to contribute to the aesthetic element of a portal, to define the identity and uniqueness of a brand, to facilitate navigation and to improve the experience of the user. The meeting was opened by a greeting from Gianni Bianchi, founder and owner of Sintra, who provided an introduction on professional opportunities in the digital field and who recalled the attention paid by the Arezzo company towards training, valorisation and inclusion of young people in different roles, as demonstrated by the composition of the workforce itself: 33% of employees, in fact, are aged between 18 and 30. From this perspective, a decisive role is played by the promotion of projects to bring school and work closer together, which also includes the morning with the students of the “Vasari-Margaritone” professional institute.
