TUSCANY WEATHER STORMS. We therefore update the forecast for Sunday with the confirmation of a more unstable day than today which, apart from a few scattered showers, was overall fair.
THUNDERSTORMS WHERE AND WHEN? EVOLUTION
- Morning: generally slightly cloudy to partially cloudy or cloudy especially in central-southern Tuscany, no significant precipitation, mostly southern currents;
- Mid-day: rapid increase in mostly cumulus-type coverage initially with greater presence in the northern Apennines and the metalliferous area with the possibility of the first thunderclaps and the first showers;
- Afternoon: several storm cells will therefore move from central southern Tuscany towards the center and north with a passage that will irregularly involve much of the territory, more at the edges the coast. Phenomena of a certain consistency cannot be ruled out, which is why a weather surveillance warning is also active.
- Evening: attenuation of the phenomena in the central-northern region while possible resistance and new storm formations may more directly affect the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, still with locally intense showers.
A rather eventful day awaits us with irregular but locally significant phenomena.
