Coach “G.’s away match ends with a 4-2 defeat. Stasi” of Galatina in Lucca, against one of the best teams in the championship.

«There is a lot of regret – says the technical director and captain Donato Marrocco – for this defeat, unfortunately at the moment things are not going as we would like. It’s a shame about Bellifemine’s match which could have allowed us to end the day with a draw. In the last two defeats, bad luck also played a decisive role, influencing matches that could have had very different results given the high potential of all our players.”

Here are the results of the individual matches: Donev Gabriel Todorov against Cardinale Andrea 6-2/6-2, Mazzeschi Emanuele against Novo Ignacio 6-7(2-7)/2-6, Pierro Emanuele against Romano Nicolò 6-1/6- 1 and Ribecai Michele against Bellifemine Alessandro Raffaele 6-4/6-4.

In the doubles Mazzeschi Emanuele/Cerri Andrea against Novo Ignacio/Binda Alexander 6-1/4-6/4-10 and Ribecai Michele/Donev Gabriel Todorov against Cardinale Andrea/Duma Jacopo 6-3/6-0.

We remind you that the top three teams in the group will play the play-offs for promotion to A2, the fourth-placed team is saved, the fifth and sixth will compete in the play-offs to stay in B1 and the seventh-placed team will be relegated.
