The latest available data, according to the Mestre CGIA research office, say that Veneto is the region that has used the Superbonus more than any other to make your residential assets more efficient. In fact, compared to 59,588 certifications filed with ENEA, the impact of this number on the entire stock of housing units present in our region was equal to 5.6 percent. No other region of Italy has recorded a higher percentage than this. The national average figure, however, was 4.1 percent. Despite this record, the state expenditure for each intervention carried out in Veneto is among the lowest in the country. If in Veneto the average investment was equal to 194,896 euros, only Sardinia and Tuscany, with 187,413 euros and 182,930 euros respectively, recorded lower amounts. The national average, however, reached 247,531 euros. The overall charges borne by the State for deductions accrued in Veneto reached a total of 11.6 billion euros (equal to 9.5 percent of total expenditure). In general, the CGIA reports, it can be said that the owners of properties in Veneto were the most diligent in using this bonus, even if the average economic value of the interventions resulting in deductions was among the lowest in the country.
