The ASL Barletta Andria Trani hires Oss on a fixed-term basis

Expression of interest for the awarding of fixed-term subordinate work assignments expiring on 31/12/2024, to replace staff absent for various reasons (due to maternity, illness, etc.), reserved for those who are immediately available to take up service within a maximum of 5 days of accepting the assignment, for the purpose of forming rankings of OSS personnel who can be hired on a fixed-term basis at this ASL.

Method of submitting the application

The application for participation in the event notice in question must be, under penalty of exclusion, PRODUCED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC PROCEDURE by connecting to the following website: https://aslbat.concorsismart.it/

Then access the platform via the Public Digital Identity System (SPID).
Other forms of production or sending of applications to participate in the notice are not permitted and, therefore, applications to participate in the competition submitted using methods other than those indicated above will not be considered valid, under penalty of exclusion.

The applications received will be graded based on the evaluation criteria indicated below:

  1. Date of achievement of the professional qualification certificate of Social Healthcare Operator;
  2. If the score/position is equal, the youngest in age precedes.

The rankings of available OSS personnel will be updated monthly every 1st of the month following the publication of this notice on the BURPand in any case until 31/12/2024, except in cases of necessity and urgency in which they can be used before this deadline.
Once the application has been sent, candidates will subsequently be able to modify and/or update it by reopening it by selecting the “Cancel application” button in the “Application summary” section. Once the changes have been made, the candidate will have to send the participation application again by clicking on the “Send application” button in the “Confirmation and submission” section.

Inclusion in the ranking does not give individuals any right to the appointment.

Failure to accept the position or to present the Company’s invitation to take up service or to request a postponement of the hiring date will be considered a renunciation by the candidate of the position and will result in the downgrading of the ranking.

Method of conferring the assignment

For the purposes of assigning individual replacement assignments, the above criteria and the immediate availability to take up service within a maximum of 5 days from formal acceptance of the assignment will be taken into account.

The duration of the individual fixed-term contracts is n. 4 months, without the possibility of extension thereof. The fixed-term assignment ends without fail upon its natural expiration.
No delay will be foreseen for the acceptance of the proposed assignment or establishment of the employment relationship.

The worker hired on a fixed-term contract is subjected to a probationary period in accordance with point 2 of the art. 71 CCNL Healthcare sector 02/11/2022.

The legal and economic effects start from the date of actual commencement of service.
The assignments of the Social and Healthcare Operators will be established by the Corporate Strategic Management in agreement with the Director of Nursing Professions.

Interested parties will be subjected to a preventive visit by the competent doctor of this ASL to ascertain their suitability for the role in question.

When assigning the task, the Social Health Operator must declare that they are not in a situation of non-transferability due to conviction, even with a sentence that has not become final, for one of the crimes provided for in chapter I of title II of the second book of the penal code (crimes against the public administration).

By submitting the application, participants implicitly accept, without reservation, all the provisions contained in the notice itself.

EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

The stipulated fixed-term employment contract establishes a subordinate and exclusive employment relationship.
The legal and economic treatment is determined on the basis of the criteria established in the national collective labor agreements for healthcare sector personnel. By accepting the assignment and signing the contract, the candidates implicitly accept all the rules that govern and will govern the legal and economic status of the staff of the NHS sector
