Will be Gianluca Concavideo clip editor who has collaborated with world-famous Italian and international artists such as Måneskin, Laura Pausini, Achille Lauro, the protagonist of the masterclass on film editing, scheduled for 29 and 30 June in Crotone (to register you need to send an email to [email protected]).
With his vast portfolio and experiences with major production companies such as Warner, Universal, Sony and Disney, Conca will bring his experience in the world of filmmaking directly to Crotone for two days of learning and sharing. The masterclass is aimed at anyone interested in exploring the theory of film editing and has been designed specifically for videographers and videographers keen to explore new narrative perspectives and gain a deeper understanding of editing techniques.
On the program, an introduction to the figure of the film editor in the current working and artistic world; the analysis of the role of editing in shaping and transforming a narrative story; the importance of developing one’s own artistic language in cinema, television and music; the viewing and discussion of selected examples of scenes from films, series, commercials and video clips, and the real-time presentation of editing techniques on Adobe Premiere.
The masterclass is part of the events leading up to the fifth edition of the Calabria Movie Film Festival, the short film festival scheduled from 1 to 4 August in Crotoneproduced by Calabria Movie APS and created by three young cinema professionals: Matteo Russo, Luisa Gigliotti and Antonio Buscema.
