Tre Valli Varesine Handbike: a new event for paracycling in Busto Arsizio
Busto Arsizio, 22 May 2024 – The first edition of the Tre Valli Varesine Handbike will take place in Busto Arsizio on Saturday 22 June, a paracycling race reserved for athletes of all categories, from Under 14 to Open. The event, organized by the Alfredo Binda Cycling Society in collaboration with the Municipality of Busto Arsizio, will be the opening test of the 2024 Italian Cup.
An inclusive event dedicated to sport: Tre Valli Varesine Handbike
Tre Valli Varesine Handbike was created with the aim of promoting inclusion and accessibility in sport, offering all athletes, regardless of their physical abilities, the opportunity to compete and have fun.
“Sport is the home of everyone, inclusion, sociality and collaboration and for this reason we have decided to support La Tre Valli Varesine Handbike, a great event for the city of Busto Arsizio” – says Maurizio Artusa, Councilor for Sport of Busto Arsizio.
A 4.5 km city route for the Tre Valli Varesine Handbike
The race will take place on a 4.5 km city circuit that will wind through the streets of the center of Busto Arsizio. The departure and arrival will be in Piazza San Michele.
Categories and departure times
The competing categories will be:
- MH3, MH4, MH5, Open and Under 14 (departure at 3.30pm)
- MH1, MH2, HW and Tricycles M/F (departure at 5.00 pm)
