” It’s been going on for several months that many city arteries are in darkness – reports the lawyer Aversano – with all the negative repercussions that this determines in terms of safety, both with reference to vehicular traffic and in terms of the personal safety of pedestrians also due to the less than perfect conditions of the road and sidewalk paving. Furthermore, it is well known how darkness favors the actions of bad guys. Unfortunately, the nine-year contract stipulated in 2014 with the former Citelium, now Edison, was not promptly extended by the previous administration, expiring on 30 June 2023, with the result that Aversa is no longer among the assisted municipalities.
Aversa – continues the Aversa professional– it must present an urban decoration of a very high quality and this clearly also involves the restoration of efficient and widespread public lighting. Signing a new contract that guarantees maintenance of public lighting that meets the needs of our community must be one of the very first commitments of the next municipal administration.
