MartinoRossi arrives in Chicago, Amsterdam, Florence and Rimini – Agenfood

The presence atNRA of Chicagoto the PLMA Amsterdamto the Pastaria Festival in Florence et al Rimini Wellness confirms the Cremonese company’s commitment to consolidating its position in the retail and HoReCa world, providing consumers and catering professionals with innovative, quality solutions capable of responding to the needs of a constantly evolving market.

To the National Restaurant Association Show, one of the main food and catering trade fairs which has been taking place since May 18 to 21 in ChicagoMartinoRossi presents the entire range Martino Rossi Professional dedicated to the world of catering and food service.

The latest plant-based legume-based innovations will be highlighted at the stand: first and foremost the preparation for alternatives to eggs, ideal for the preparation of both sweet and savory plant-based recipes such as omelettes, omelettes, scrambled “eggs”, custard and pancakes; but also preparations for alternatives to meat to make tasty 100% vegetable burgers, meatballs and ragù. Both preparations, in addition to being free of gluten, allergens and GMOs, enjoy excellent nutritional properties.
