The presence atNRA of Chicagoto the PLMA Amsterdamto the Pastaria Festival in Florence et al Rimini Wellness confirms the Cremonese company’s commitment to consolidating its position in the retail and HoReCa world, providing consumers and catering professionals with innovative, quality solutions capable of responding to the needs of a constantly evolving market.
To the National Restaurant Association Show, one of the main food and catering trade fairs which has been taking place since May 18 to 21 in ChicagoMartinoRossi presents the entire range Martino Rossi Professional dedicated to the world of catering and food service.
The latest plant-based legume-based innovations will be highlighted at the stand: first and foremost the preparation for alternatives to eggs, ideal for the preparation of both sweet and savory plant-based recipes such as omelettes, omelettes, scrambled “eggs”, custard and pancakes; but also preparations for alternatives to meat to make tasty 100% vegetable burgers, meatballs and ragù. Both preparations, in addition to being free of gluten, allergens and GMOs, enjoy excellent nutritional properties. Furthermore, they are quick and easy to prepare and, as they are dry products, they have a prolonged shelf-life.

The Malagnino company will give particular emphasis to its entire range of packaged products, both retail and HoReCa, with particular focus on the latest product innovations: plant-based preparations for alternatives to egg and meat, mixes for fresh pasta, bread and desserts, legume flours and corn flours for arepas and polenta; and Corvino corn flour for polenta, an ancient variety of black corn held exclusively by Martino Rossi.
Last but not least, whole oat flakes and whole oats for porridge, which are also totally gluten-free and allergen-free.
In Italy, however, MartinoRossi will be the protagonist of Florence The 20 and 21 May at Fiera Pastaria and at the Pastaria Festival where he will hold a conference on May 21st from 9:45 to 11:30 entitled “Plant proteins: sustainable approaches and emerging trends.” in which the theme of the ever-increasing emergence of plant proteins as alternatives to animal protein sources with a view to environmental sustainability will be addressed.
