It took place on Sunday 19 May in Monza uno karate training very interesting with the world champions Sara Cardin and Vincenzo Figuccio and in which some athletes also took part Deaishin Karate Do of Varese by master Flavia Uboldi.
An experience, say the participants, full of technical ideas but not only that. Master Figuccio, belonging to the Carabinieriand among other things twice world team champion together with the great Luca Valdesi and Lucio Maurino, held a very interesting session which was based not only on the improvement of some fundamental technical elements of the Unsu kata but also on the equally impactful emotional aspects during the competition.
Following the incisive session of maestro Sara Cardin, also a world champion and multiple medalist. In 2018, among other things, Maestro Cardin had been involved by the Italian Army, of which you are a corporal major, on an international mission in Lebanon where he taught self-defense to Lebanese women and other military contingents. During the mission she also taught Karate to students from the schools of Naqura and Tibnin to convey important messages.
Both masters left a precious teaching to our Varese athletes, touching with personality, grace and humanity some sides of this discipline that are sometimes relegated to the background but which make karate one of the most widespread sports in the world and favored by many children and teenagers.
