Legnano, first Medieval Festival: the programme

Medieval stalls, a giant screen to follow the Palio live and entertainment, Sunday 26 May, from 10am at the Falcone e Borsellino park

Legnano – Sunday 26 May, first Medieval Festival at the Falcone e Borsellino Park in Legnano. An event dedicated to adults and children, “a unique Sunday that offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Palio di Legnano with medieval stalls, a giant screen to follow the Palio live and many entertainment for children”, say the organizers.

The program

From 10am, at the Falcone e Borsellino Park in Legnano, the huts of the arts and crafts of the Middle Ages. At 11am, 3pm and 5pm costume re-enactment of the battle of Legnano with the participation of children: “The Northern League forces will try to avoid the victory of the terrible Barbarossa”.

Throughout the day a big screen with screenings of period films from 1pm, round table and pre-show interviews. From 2.30 pm, interviews and images of the parade and from 3.30 pm live broadcast from the field with the passage of the parade and then the horse race of the eight Contrade for the awarding of the Palio di Legnano 2024.
