L’AQUILA – At almost 400 meters above sea level, in the Pescara hinterland, and at the northern extreme of Abruzzo, in the surroundings of the small and fertile municipality of Torano Nuovo (Teramo). In both cases, halfway between the Gran Sasso and the Adriatic, in particularly favorable pedoclimatic contexts, in their diversity. Tenuta Rosarubra, which a few years ago also acquired the historic Cantine Torri, opening up to other market segments, is a company founded in 2012 from the intuition of the entrepreneur Riccardo Iacobonetotally certified organic, biodynamic Demeter and Biodiversity friend.

The company is located in Pietranico (Pescara), it extends for approximately 30 hectares, surrounded by oak woods, representing a true uncontaminated oasis where organic and biodynamic agriculture find their true essence.

Present at Vinaria, the event dedicated to wine and cheese which ends today in Piazza Duomo in L’Aquila, the Rosarubra group presented, among the highlights, Intimo Colli Pescaresi IGT, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and Merlot vinified separately, and the Bakán line of Torri.

“Our wines are the maximum expression of the territory, they tell of an extraordinary biodiversity and are authentic, extremely pleasant products,” he says Emanuela Di FuscoRosarubra store manager.

Since last December the group has also had a store in the city, along the SS 17 West, 34/B, near the L’Aquila Ovest motorway toll booth. A modern, welcoming environment, where you can find a wide range of quality products, of all price ranges.

“L’Aquila has always been an important place, Rosarubra is very well known and the shop is having an important response”, adds Di Fusco, uncorking a bottle embellished with the Ligurian artist’s label Francesco Musante: “The company has always shifted the synergy between wine and art. In addition to the label, we also have different packaging that enhances these bottles.”

In the new L’Aquila store the line of wines is transversal and varied, from the bulk wine which you can also purchase by bringing your own containers, to the bag-in-boxes up to the bottled wine from the Torri and Rosarubra cellars (with the signature labels signed by Musante ) and Musikè, the line that the group’s managing director, Riccardo Iacobone, has in partnership with the maestro Beppe Vessicchio.
