A healthy Association with over ninety years of history, with an eye increasingly turned to the Romagna dimension. This is what emerges from Confedilizia Forlì-Cesena which recently renewed its board of directors. The historic president, Carlo Caselli, who has been at the helm of the Association for over 35 years, has decided to pass on and not run for president again. Thus, in the session held after the Shareholders’ Assembly of last May 11th, the newly elected members of the Board of Directors of Confedilizia Forlì-Cesena elected the lawyer. Stefano Senzani, as president of the Association, renewing the associative bodies. The engineer Carlo Caselli is the new president of the Association’s Study Center and its treasurer, the lawyer has been confirmed as vice president. Senzani works as a lawyer in Forlì and has been a member of the association for over twenty years; after being elected to the Board of Directors at a very young age and then Vice President, he assumed the position of Vicar of the Presidency and shared the association’s activities across the board with Carlo Caselli. “With deep pride and esteem for Eng. Caselli, who literally shaped me as a representative of real estate, – specifies Senzani – I take on the role of President of Ape Confedilizia of Forlì Cesena and Romagna”.
The Romagna dimension to which the Association increasingly looks is one of the innovations introduced in the modification of some parts of the Statute, including in the name itself the term Romagna, a territorial area which was specific to the Association when it was founded in 1933. “As I have always done for every position I have held so far – adds Senzani – I will also carry out my role as President in full conscience and for the protection of real estate property, making my expertise and energy available for the protection of its members and the principles of which it is the bearer, together with the entire team, long tested, created by the engineer. Caselli, to whom I am deeply grateful for the teaching he passed on to me. I will pay particular attention to relations with other trade associations, not only of the owners, but also of the tenants, with whom we have managed to create an effective comparison that is very different from the often harmful antagonisms of the past, often reaching common results, favorable for both social parties that we represent”.
Caselli underlines: “The decision to pass the baton, after over 35 years of presidency, took place at the same time as the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the APE, and the positive climate of discussion established by the lawyer.
