The federal prosecutorfollowing a report from Co.Vi.So.C.has referred three Serie C clubs to the National Federal Tribunal – Disciplinary Section. But what led to this situation and what are the specific accusations?
CHAPTER ALEXANDRIA
The Piedmontese club is accused of violating the art. 6, paragraph 1, of the Sports Justice Code (CGS) and art. 33, paragraph 4, of the CGS, in relation to art. 85, letter. c), par. v) of the Internal Organizational Rules of the FIGC (NOIF). But it doesn’t end here: there are other accusations related to the art. 33, paragraph 3, and art. 31, paragraph 1, of the CGS, always in relation to art. 85 of the NOIF. Andrea Molinaropresident of the Board of Directors and CEO ofAlexandria, was referred for violation of articles. 4, paragraph 1, and 33, paragraph 4, of the CGS “for having violated the duties of loyalty, probity and correctness, for having failed, by the deadline of 18 March 2024, to pay the IRPEF installments relating to the installment plan in to be.”
TOAST CHAPTER

CO.VI.SO.C. AND THE CONSEQUENCES
The Supervisory Commission on Professional Football Clubs placed a magnifying glass on these three clubs (Co.Vi.So.C.) who played a crucial role in this affair. It was his report that triggered the referral. There Co.Vi.So.C. acts by constantly monitoring the financial situation of the clubs and intervening when necessary.
