We publish the note from Giovanni Vurchio, president of the municipal council of Andria: «In yesterday’s council meeting, a positive result was achieved with the unanimous approval of those present of the resolution to entrust cemetery services to the Multiservice of Andria. This important achievement was possible thanks to the collegial effort to find a position of shared legitimacy, demonstrating once again the effectiveness of collaboration and dialogue between the members of the City Council.
During the discussion, all references to project financing were expunged, an issue of which the Council had not been adequately informed. This step was crucial to ensuring transparency and clarity in our deliberations, ensuring that every decision is made with full knowledge and awareness.
Furthermore, the role of Multiservice was enhanced, recognizing the importance and reliability of the company in managing municipal services. This assignment will allow Multiservice to operate with greater safety and continuity, guaranteeing a quality service to citizens.
I thank all the councilors for their commitment and their willingness to work together for the common good, demonstrating that, through constructive discussion, it is possible to achieve significant results.
