Scheduled maintenance work initiated by Anas as part of the infrastructure redevelopment plan is underway on the Siena-Florence motorway junction
To allow the work to progress rehabilitation of overpasses that pass over the roadway, temporary transit restrictions are necessary which have been exclusively programmed during night timeto limit traffic disruption.
In detail, from Monday 20 May the roadway will be closed direction Siena between the junctions of San Casciano North And San Casciano South, from 9.00pm to 6.00am of the following day.
Traffic will be diverted onto the secondary road consisting of the regional road 2 “Cassia”.
Completion of this phase is expected by June 21st.
