Salerno. The first Assembly of the newly elected Coordination of the Youth Forum of the Province of Salerno was held on Wednesday 15 May in the Council Room of Palazzo Sant’Agostino. During the assembly the members of the new Board of Directors were officially installed:
- Coordinator: Rosario Madaio (Castelcivita Youth Forum)
- Deputy Coordinators: Alfonso D’Amato (Pagani Youth Forum) and Vincenza Barra (Padula Youth Forum)
- General Secretary: Pierfrancesco Del Priore (Battipaglia Youth Forum)
- Administrative Secretary: Gaia Aliberti (Youth Forum of Mercato San Severino)
- Treasurer: Bartolomeo Merolla (Youth Forum of Furore)
- Communications Office: Chiara di Benedetto (Eboli Youth Forum) and Gaia Aliberti (Mercato San Severino Youth Forum)
- Area Managers:
- North: Sara Bianchi (Fisciano Youth Forum)
- Centre: Karol Potolicchio (Acerno Youth Forum)
- South Cilento: Donatella Passaro (Youth Forum of Castel San Lorenzo)
- Sud Vallo: Antonio Rinaldi (Youth Forum of Buonabitacolo)
The meeting had a programmatic nature, with the participation of numerous representatives of the local forums and of the Salerno Youth Policy Commission of the Regional Youth Forum – Campania. President Franco Alfieri and Vice President Giovanni Guzzo also took part in the exchange of ideas. It was decided to regulate the thematic Coordination Commissions to improve the effectiveness of future initiatives. The meeting laid the foundations for two years of work aimed at promoting union and collaboration between the different youth groups in the province, with the aim of enhancing the territory and responding to the needs of young people.
