The defibrillator in Piazza San Faustino
Viterbo – The defibrillator registered with the municipality of Viterbo in Piazza San Faustino, instead of saving people, risks falling on someone.
Uprooted a few days ago, it was simply picked up. Without anyone, namely the municipal administration, having intervened to fix it.
Viterbo – The defibrillator in Piazza San Faustino
The defibrillator in Piazza San Faustino is part of the Viterbo Cardioprotetta project, promoted by the municipality in collaboration with the Italian Red Cross and the Health & Safety Association for the improvement of the quality of life and public health of the citizens of Viterbo and the former municipalities.

“The project – declared councilor Patrizia Notaristefano on 2 February 2023 – has seen us engaged in full collaboration since last summer and was then extended to institutions, entrepreneurs and traders who with generosity and enthusiasm supported our initiative and which today sees the delivery of 15 AED semi-automatic defibrillators which will be installed and adequately marked with specific signs in various neighborhoods of the city and former municipalities”.
“Viterbo Cardioprotetta is another example of how the city knows how to work as a team – added the mayor Chiara Frontini –. We immediately committed ourselves and moved to involve the city. Among those present there are friends, associations, entrepreneurs and institutions who responded to our appeal to do something important for people’s health. Collaborating all together will bring a great result. This means everyone doing their part, without delegating to others.”
